Leonor Pilsmaker (Leo) graduated from beauty school in El Salvador, her native country, in 1998. Leo moved to the USA in 2010 where she got her Stylist License validated by the state of Massachusetts in 2014. After, Leo worked for 3 years at Charles David Salon. Leo is Toni and Guy trained and was the creative director at their salon in El Salvador in 2000 and in Hingham in 2017, soon after she took her first Masters of Balayage class, following, Leo became an Ambassador for the brand. At this position, Leo was given the opportunity to meet top Balayage educators, assisting many classes around the New England area while working behind the chair. One day she decided that becoming an independent stylist was the right move to get the freedom she needed to manage her busy schedule assisting balayage classes, educational events, working with her clients behind the chair and taking care of her own family.
Stephanie Tassinari is a skilled hairstylist with over 12 years of experience, specializing in blonding, natural reds, and vivids. Keratin complex certified and various extension methods. Steph offers personalized services tailored to each client. She is dedicated to creating maintenance programs that uits her clients’ lifestyles, ensuring they leave feeling confident and beautiful. Outside of work, Steph is a proud mother of two daughters, valuing the balance between her career and family life.
Kaitlyn is a talented junior stylist who has been licensed since November 2020. She graduated from the Cosmetology Program at South Shore Vo-Tech, where she discovered her passion for creating beautiful color and styling transformations. Kaitlyn is K18 and Keratin Complex certified, bringing both skill and care to every service she performs. She loves helping her clients feel confident and refreshed with personalized looks that fit their lifestyle.
